with a grudge against the British Empire, who has established an absolute
dominion over London's east end. He's regarded as the Devil himself
by those who have encountered him and lived to tell the tale.
Despite his nasty reputation, he does enjoy gentler pursuits, such as
writing poetry. The fact that this poetry is usually inscribed
with acid on a live man's skin should not be held against him. If you
